Equipment and Process Record

Jinguan’s workshop equipment includes two media pleating machines, three metal-mesh forming machines, PU and metal end-cap sealing lines, small-diameter element equipment, spot-welding and inkjet-marking equipment, two plasma end-cap bonding machines, heat-plate bonding equipment for selected eco oil-filter elements, and packing equipment.

Work by Product Line

AIR FILTER PRODUCTION

Media pleating, metal-mesh forming, PU or metal end-cap sealing, element assembly, marking and packing are carried out according to the confirmed filter construction.

OIL FILTER ELEMENT PRODUCTION

For applicable cartridge constructions, the workshop supports media forming, small-diameter element preparation, plasma or heat-plate end-cap bonding, assembly, marking and packing.

FUEL FILTER ELEMENT PRODUCTION

For applicable fuel-filter constructions, work includes media preparation, element assembly, sealing, marking, inspection and packing.

Equipment and process selection depend on the filter construction and confirmed order requirements. Part number, dimensions, materials and application must be confirmed before quotation.
